Lt Gen (Retd) defends Captain who proposed to partner in front of helicopter

Lt Gen (Retd) KJS Dhillon supported Army Captain Bharat Bhardwaj, from whom his senior officials have reportedly sought a reply for allegedly violating rules by proposing to his partner in front of a military helicopter during passing-out parade.
