L&T Infotech discriminates against non-South Asians: US lawsuit

Two former American employees have alleged that L&T Infotech (LTI) discriminates against non-South Asians while hiring in the US. LTI's US workforce is 95% of South Asian descent and is mostly made up of Indian visa holders, their lawsuit alleged. LTI has been accused of submitting fraudulent letters with visa applications to maximise the number of South Asians it hires.
