L&T Infotech to buy Powerupcloud in 6th acquisition post IPO

Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) has signed an agreement to acquire Bengaluru-based cloud consulting firm Powerupcloud Technologies for an enterprise value of $15 million. The company said the closing of the transaction was expected to be completed within six weeks. This would be LTI's sixth acquisition since its listing in 2016.
