L&T lnfotech CEO quits citing personal reasons as Mindtree merger announced

Larsen & Toubro lnfotech on Friday said that its CEO and Managing Director Sanjay Jalona has resigned from his position due to personal reasons. The development comes after L&T lnfotech announced its board has approved its merger with Mindtree. "Jalona has done a lot for the company and we are proud of him," Larsen & Toubro CEO SN Subrahmanyan said.
