LTM announces highest-ever ₹53 final dividend for FY26

LTM Limited recommended final dividend of ₹53 per share for FY26, its highest-ever single dividend announced. The company fixed May 25, 2026 as record date and AGM is scheduled on June 1, 2026. Including interim dividend of ₹22 per share, total FY26 dividend payout stands at ₹75 per share.
