LTM to acquire Randstad tech, consulting biz for $186 million

IT services firm LTM has made an offer to acquire Randstad's technology and consulting services business across France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Australia for $185.83 million. The deal will be executed through its UK subsidiary. The acquisition is aimed at strengthening LTM's presence in regulated sectors such as aerospace, defence, utilities, banking and financial services.
