Lucknow man arrested for posing as IAS officer, threatening girl

In Lucknow, police have registered a case against a man accused of impersonating an IAS officer and issuing life threats to a law student after she declined his marriage proposal. The accused, identified as Deepak Kumar, was charged based on a complaint filed by the victim’s mother on November 30 at Chinhat police station.
