Ludhiana sees rise in high blood sugar levels, obesity among women

Ludhiana is witnessing a growing burden of lifestyle-related diseases, with National Family Health Survey data indicating rising blood sugar levels among men and women. Nearly one in five women and 22.6% of men aged 15 and above in the district have high or very high blood sugar levels, according to district-level findings.
