Lululemon founder targets board changes amid CEO search

Lululemon founder Chip Wilson is reportedly launching a proxy fight to reshape the company board while it searches for a new CEO, according to The Wall Street Journal. Wilson has nominated three director candidates but is not seeking a board seat himself. Lululemon shares have fallen nearly 44% so far in 2025.
