Luxury brand Burberry fires CEO, warns of losses as sales fall

Luxury brand Burberry announced that CEO Jonathan Akeroyd is "stepping down and leaving the Company with immediate effect by mutual agreement with the Board". Joshua Schulman will replace Jonathan Akeroyd as Burberry's CEO and Executive Director. The development comes as Burberry suspended dividends and warned it expects an operating loss for its first half of the year amid falling sales.
