Luxury Dubai house's price cut by ₹39 crore in one go

The cost of a luxury five-bedroom apartment in Dubai was cut by AED 15 million (₹39 crore) in one go as the Israel-Iran conflict resumed, Luxury Price Drops reported. The apartment, located on Palm Jumeirah, has six baths over a total area of 7,588 square feet. The property, which offers a Gulf view, now costs AED 45 million (₹116.77 crore).
