Luxury hotel had 18-20 hour shifts, made latecomers stand with hands up: B'luru chef

A Bengaluru chef named Nayantara Menon Bagla told The Nod magazine, "When I was being inducted into a luxury hotel, the programme director told us, 'Welcome to hell'." She added, "There were work shifts of 18-20 hours." She also said latecomers were made to stand outside with their hands up for two hours and clean hotel's refrigerators with bare hands.
