Luxury hotels in Delhi sell out, room rates hike to ₹1.5 lakh/night ahead of BRICS Summit

Delhi’s luxury hotels are seeing a surge in demand, with most sold out ahead of BRICS Summit, which is scheduled for September 12 and 13. Room charges have also spiked, with some rooms costing as much as ₹1.5 lakh a night. The two-day event is expected to further increase the demand as many delegates arrive early and extend their stays.
