Luxury resort with floating hotel, villas and helipad to be built in Dubai

Dubai is set to get a luxury floating resort with a 156-room hotel, 12 villas and a connected helipad. The Kempinski Floating Palace will offer 5-star hotel services and the 12 luxury villas will be connected to the hotel by pontoons. Guests will reach the hotel or their villas by speed boats or arrive directly with their own boats.
