Lyft freezes hiring in US through end of 2022 amid economic uncertainty

Ride-hailing firm Lyft has said it is pausing all hiring through the end of 2022 amid economic uncertainty. "Like many other companies navigating an uncertain economy, we are pausing hiring for all US-based roles through the end of the year," a Lyft spokesperson said. This comes after it cut nearly 60 jobs in its rental division in July.
