Lying type: Rajeev on Tharoor's AIIMS in Thiruvananthapuram remark

Former Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar reacted to Congress MP Shashi Tharoor's remark that Kerala government will set up AIIMS in Kozhikode instead of Thiruvananthapuram. "No MP can promise to set up an AIIMS in...location of his choice," Tharoor said.
