Made to lick toilet seat, head shoved: Kerala teen's mother after his suicide over ragging

A 15-year-old boy allegedly died by suicide after severe bullying over his skin colour at his school in Kerala's Ernakulam. According to his mother's complaint, he was subjected to physical and verbal abuse. She said on the last day, he was forcefully taken to washroom, made to lick toilet seat and had his head in toilet while it was flushed.
