Madh Island to Versova in 10 min via ₹2,395-cr Mumbai bridge

Mumbai’s Madh Island and Versova could soon be connected by a ₹2,395-crore cable-stayed flyover, reducing the travel time between the two western suburbs from the current 60–90 minutes to around 10 minutes. The BMC plans to begin construction after the monsoon and aims to open the bridge by 2029, subject to necessary approvals.
