Madhuri Dixit has sold her commercial office in Mumbai's Andheri West for Rs 4.85 crore, earning nearly nine times her original investment. She bought the property for Rs 52.50 lakh in 2008. The office spans 1,594.24 sq ft, includes three parking spaces, and was purchased by Frames Production Company. Sale deed was registered June 2026.
