Madhuri Dixit sells Juhu apartment for ₹4.40 cr, makes 127% profit

Madhuri Dixit and her husband Shriram Madhav Nene sold their apartment in Mumbai's Juhu for ₹4.40 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The apartment was purchased in 2012 for ₹1.94 crore. The sale marked an appreciation of approximately ₹2.46 crore over a holding period of around 14 years resulting in a capital gain of 127%.
