Madison Keys to miss 2024 Australian Open due to shoulder injury

Former World No. 7, Madison Keys is the recent player to withdraw from the first Grand Slam of the year. Early on Friday, 5th January, the 28-year-old took to social media to confirm her decision. "Unfortunately I've been struggling with a shoulder injury & have been advised by my medical staff to withdraw from the @AustralianOpen this year," she wrote.
