Madras HC upholds resignation of 6 AIADMK MLAs who joined Vijay's TVK

The Madras High Court has upheld Tamil Nadu Speaker JCD Prabhakar's decision to accept the resignation of six AIADMK MLAs who had joined CM Jospeh Vijay's TVK. This comes after the AIADMK filed a plea seeking the disqualification of the MLAs for violating the party whip. The MLAs include Maragatham Kumaravel, Sathyabama, Isakki Subbaiah, Jayakumar, and C Vijayabhaskar.
