Magh Mela begins in UP's Prayagraj, lakhs of devotees take holy dip at Triveni Sangam

The Magh Mela has started in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj today (January 3) on the occasion of 'Paush Purnima'. Lakhs of devotees took a holy dip at Triveni Sangam, marking the first snaan and the start of Magh Mela 2026. Notably, this is the first Magh Mela to be held after last year's Mahakumbh.
