Magnus Carlsen wins his 19th World Championship title across formats

World number one chess player Magnus Carlsen on Sunday won the FIDE World Rapid Championship 2025. Carlsen scored 10.5/13 points to become the champion. He has now won six FIDE World Rapid Championships. Further, he has now won 19 World Championship titles across classical, rapid and blitz chess formats.
