Maha CM announces ₹5 lakh ex-gratia for Chembur fire victims' kins

Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde announced ₹5 lakh ex-gratia for the kin of each of the deceased victims of the fire at a double-storey shop-cum-residential building in Mumbai's Chembur area. CM Shinde also ordered a high-level inquiry into the incident. Seven members of the same family, including three children, were killed in the fire incident that occurred at around 5.20 am.
