Maha FDA suspends 11 food licences, including 2 pizza outlets

Maharashtra's Food and Drug Administration suspended the licences of 11 establishments, including two Domino's Pizza outlets, following statewide inspections on October 21-22. Uncovered violations ranged from unhygienic kitchens, rusted utensils and poor drainage to missing medical certificates and unauthorised food dyes. Authorities also seized nearly 38 tonnes of food stock worth ₹54.66 lakh.
