Maha govt directs all depts to treat MPs, MLAs with utmost respect and courtesy

The Maharashtra government has directed all state departments and government-controlled bodies to treat MPs and MLAs with utmost respect and courtesy. Officials have been told to rise and greet them, address their concerns and reply to correspondence within two months. Offices must maintain separate registers for such communications, while department heads must review them every three months.
