Maha police officers aged above 55 to work from home due to COVID-19

The Maharashtra government has advised police officers aged above 55 years to work from their homes amid a spike in COVID-19 cases. "COVID-19 guidelines are issued by the Chief Secretary and we should abide by them to keep ourselves safe from the virus," State Home Minister Dilip Walse Patil said. The state reported 26,538 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday.
