Maha's urban constituencies report high uncollectible SIR forms; Bhiwandi East tops list

Urban constituencies in Maharashtra, including those in Thane, Pune and Mumbai, have reported among the highest rates of uncollectible enumeration forms during Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. Bhiwandi East topped list at 49.10%, followed by Colaba and Khadakwasala. In contrast, several rural seats recorded rates below 10%. Over 21% of SIR forms in the state fell into this category.
