Maha Speaker issues notices to both Sena factions over disqualification

Maharashtra Assembly Speaker Rahul Narwekar issued notices to MLAs of both factions of Shiv Sena to give their replies on the issue of disqualification. The faction of Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde has 40 MLAs while Uddhav Thackeray's faction has 14 MLAs. In May, the Supreme Court asked him to take a call on the disqualification of 16 MLAs, including Shinde.
