Maharashtra contractors launch phone campaign over ₹86,000 cr dues

Maharashtra State Contractors Association has called on its 3 lakh members to flood the offices of CM Devendra Fadnavis and deputy CMs Eknath Shinde and Sunetra Pawar with calls from Friday, demanding clearance of ₹86,000 crore in pending dues. MSCA president said 10 contractors have died by suicide amid the 18-month payment delay.
