Maharashtra FDA launches AI-powered portal for food complaints

The Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has launched an AI-powered grievance portal. The platform will allow citizens to report unsafe food, adulteration and misleading food labels to the authorities by speaking or typing in English, Hindi or Marathi. The portal also allows complainants to track the status of their complaints online.
