Maharashtra study highlights regional gaps in water access

A study examining water supply trends across six regions of Maharashtra between 2010 and 2022 reveals stark regional differences in water availability and access. Covering Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Pune, Nashik, Konkan, Amravati and Nagpur, the research highlights how geography, infrastructure and governance shape water security. The study was published in the Indian Water Works Journal.
