Maharashtra to give safety kits to women fishers at Sassoon Dock

The Maharashtra government will distribute safety kits — including gloves, shoes, headgear and masks — to women fishers at Mumbai's Sassoon Dock on October 28 under the Chief Minister Matsya Sampada Scheme. Speaker Rahul Narwekar and Fisheries Minister Nitesh Rane will preside over the ceremony at the National Fisheries Survey building.
