Mahindra Group to invest ₹900 crore in electric vehicles

Indian car manufacturer Mahindra Group has announced that the company will invest ₹900 crore in electric vehicles (EV) in the next four years. The company plans to invest ₹400 crore in Karnataka and ₹500 crore in Maharashtra. The plan aims to take the building capacity to 5,000 units a month and will manufacture all components of the EVs, except batteries.
