Major Trump Media shareholder ARC Global sells nearly entire stake

ARC Global Investments, a key shareholder in Truth Social-owner Trump Media & Technology Group, has sold nearly its entire stake in the US President-elect Donald Trump's media company. ARC and its manager Patrick Orlando have reduced their stake from over 5% to about 0.01%. Orlando was the CEO of a blank-check company that took Trump Media public.
