Major US diagnostic lab sees unauthorised access to patient files

Quest Diagnostics, one of the largest diagnostic laboratory companies in the US, said a cybersecurity breach may have led to unauthorised access to patient records. The company said its Quanum Lab Services Manager (LSM) system was affected by the breach. It later announced that it had suspended access to the impacted system and also paused access to several other tools.
