Trump's tariffs struck down by US Supreme Court, may force US to return billions of dollars

The US Supreme Court has struck down most of the tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump on multiple countries, including India. The court said that Trump violated the law when he imposed tariffs, adding, "[Trump] must identify clear congressional authorisation to exercise...the extraordinary power to unilaterally impose tariffs." The decision could force the US to return billions of dollars.
