Make Indian manufacturing competitive to curb Chinese imports: Maruti Chairman

Maruti Suzuki Chairman R C Bhargava said it's important to make Indian manufacturing more competitive and widespread to reduce Chinese imports. It's not in anyone's "commercial interest to continue to import", Bhargava said. Importing products overtime is expensive as the rupee gets weaker and items are imported because "you really have little choice in the matter", he added.
