MakeMyTrip planning India IPO after merging RedBus with itself

Online travel platform MakeMyTrip on Monday said it was evaluating a potential listing of its India business in a filing. The firm completed internal restructuring by merging RedBus India and its India business into a single entity. "India listing can be a catalyst to further boost the MakeMyTrip brand in its core market," it said.
