Malappuram woman dies after childbirth due to bleeding

Reem Sithara, 24, died after suffering excessive bleeding following childbirth at a private hospital in Kondotty. Her condition worsened despite being shifted to another private hospital in Kozhikode, where she received blood but could not be saved. Her family has alleged medical negligence. Her newborn baby boy is currently undergoing treatment at Manjeri Government Medical College Hospital.
