Malaysia PM to meet Kerala Islamic cleric, says 'Don't agree with his views on women'

Malaysian PM Anwar Ibrahim will meet Kerala-based Islamic cleric Kanthapuram AP Aboobacker Musliyar, who triggered a row by saying that women should stay confined within their homes. "He's a traditional religious scholar...But we don't necessarily share all his views...In Malaysia, we have equal rights for women," he told NDTV. He said he mentioned the same to PM Narendra Modi too.
