Maldives oppn leader urges Muizzu to disclose defence agreements with Pakistan

Maldives opposition leader and former Foreign Minister Abdulla Shahid urged President Mohamed Muizzu to disclose details of the defence and maritime agreements he signed with Pakistan. Shahid said transparency was necessary to prevent speculation and mistrust. Shahid also described Maldives-India ties as time-tested, noting that India has consistently been the first responder during emergencies.
