Mamaearth parent calls off plan to buy 58% stake in Fluence Pharma

Honasa Consumer, the parent of Mamaearth, has called off its proposed acquisition of a 58% stake in nutraceuticals company Fluence Pharma, the firm informed in a regulatory filing on Tuesday. Honasa cited the non-fulfilment of closing conditions under the share purchase agreement as the reason behind cancelling the deal. Honasa had announced the stake acquisition plan in June.
