Mamaearth shares jump 10% after founder Varun raises stake in firm

Shares of Mamaearth-parent Honasa Consumer surged around 10% on Wednesday to hit the upper circuit at ₹287.85. This comes after the company in an exchange filing announced that Co-founder and CEO Varun Alagh bought additional shares worth ₹4.5 crore in the company. This took Varun's stake in the beauty and personal care firm from 31.88% to 31.93%.
