Mamata announces 11-day Puja holidays, ₹60,000 grant for Puja clubs

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee on Monday announced government holidays for Durga Puja from September 30 to October 10. She also added that the Puja committees will get financial assistance of ₹60,000, an increase of ₹10,000 from last year. "We will also provide them a rebate of 60% on the electricity bill," Banerjee added.
