Mamata-appointed retired bureaucrats asked to stop reporting to office: Report

All retired bureaucrats appointed by Mamata Banerjee in the West Bengal government have reportedly been instructed not to attend office from today onwards. Meanwhile, the state's chief secretary has directed officials to safeguard all important files and ensure they do not leave departmental premises. This comes as BJP defeated Trinamool Congress, winning 207 of 293 seats.
