Man 'smelling like fuel' arrested at US Capitol on election day

US Capitol Police on Tuesday arrested a man who was carrying a torch and a flare gun at the Capitol building on the day of its Presidential elections. Police said the 28-year-old man "smelled like fuel". The visitor centre of the Capitol building was shut after the arrest. An investigation has been launched into the incident, police said.
