Man, who stripped policewoman on camera, paraded in torn clothes in Raigarh

After a group of people stripped a policewoman and tortured her on camera during anti-mining protest in Raigarh, the main accused, Chitrasen Sahu, was paraded before public in torn clothes before being presented before court. A video showed him wearing a shoe garland as he held his ears to apologise. Five accused have been arrested in connection with the matter.
