Man accused in lynching case hacked to death in Mangaluru, incident caught on CCTV

A 30-year-old named Suhas Shetty was hacked to death by around five men using machetes and swords on a road in Karnataka's Mangaluru, reports said, with the incident being caught on CCTV camera. Situation was tense and prohibitory orders were imposed, police said. Shetty, reportedly associated with a local Hindutva outfit, was accused in the 2022 Mohammed Fazil lynching case.
